• Send out tax bills and collect property tax payments
• Handle the tax liening and deeding process 

Town Clerk

• Receives all monies due to the town
• Process title applications
• Register automobiles and handle all reporting
• Dog licensing, keeping track of your dog's rabies vaccines and tags
• Maintain Vital Records where you can obtain birth, marriage and death certificates
• Issue marriage licenses
• Records Town Meetings
• Administers Oath of Office to all elected and appointed officials
• Handles election activities, including voter registration and absentee voting
• Handle Town Hall Rentals

For  first time voters in Sullivan, visit the town hall and fill out an application to be a
registered voter.  This qualifies you to vote in local, state and federal elections.
You also must be a registered voter to vote at the annual town meeting.
Absentee ballots may be picked up at the town clerk's office.
