This section provides information such as the Community Planning Ordinance and Site Planning Regulations. It is provided to answer most of your questions when tackling a new project. Town Codes are developed by the Planning Board and approved by the Annual Town Meeting. Any citizen of Sullivan may submit an idea to the group.
If a particular code, such as Building or Electrical in not available as a Sullivan specific code, it does not mean there is no code or regulation. It means we defer to the State of New Hampshire Codes. The links for many of these are available on the Community / Helpful Links page.
