Town Committee Meetings
Please note that Public Meetings are for the committees. The public is free to attend and listen but by 7:00 p.m., the Sullivan Town Hall holds a regular meeting of the Board.
Per order of the Sullivan Planning Board only speak with permission from the chair. If you wish to be on the agenda, please contact either the chair or the secretary. A Public Hearing is specifically for input from the public on the topic at hand.
The Planning Board meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00PM at the Town Hall
The Conservation Commission meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:30 at the Town Hall
Other committees such as Trustees of the Cemeteries, Trustees of the Trust Fund and Zoning Board of Adjustment meet as required.
The Sullivan Fire Department holds training sessions every Wednesday at 7:00 at the Fire Station. You may also use this time to ask questions and get permits.
Zoning Board of Adjustment Public Meeting and Site Visit
Notice is hereby given that a Public Meeting will be held on
Thursday, July 30 at 7:00pm at the Sullivan Town Hall concerning
a request by G2 Holdings for a Special Exception concerning
Article VI:C of the Community Planning Ordinance.
Applicant is applying for a Special Exception
for the operation of a stone quarry on the property.
The property is located off Route 9. This is a public meeting
and not a hearing, so the public will not be allowed to speak.
Planning Board Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 675:7 that a Public
Hearing to review Unpermitted Gravel Excavation Reclamation Plans
submitted by
G2 Holdings for Tax Map lot 5-046-000 will take place on Wednesday, June 3rd,
2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the Sullivan Town Hall
during a regular meeting of the Planning
Board.
A Public Hearing on the merits of the Plans will immediately
follow the regular Planning Board Meeting.
Copies of the Plans are available at Town Hall for review
during normal business hours.
Anyone needing assistance to attend this meeting
should contact the Selectmen’s Office one week prior to the scheduled date.
