Town Committee Meetings

Please note that Public Meetings are for the committees. The public is free to attend and listen but my only speak with permission from the chair. If you wish to be on the agenda, please contact either the chair or the secretary. A Public Hearing is specifically for input from the public on the topic at hand.

The Planning Board meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00PM at the Town Hall

The Conservation Commission meets on the the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:30 at the Town Hall

Other committees such as Trustees of the Cemeteries, Trustees of the Trust Fund and Zoning Board of Adjustment meet as required.

The Sullivan Fire Department holds training sessions every Wednesday at 7:00 at the Fire Station. You may also use this time to ask questions and get permits.

Planning Board Public Hearing 

Pursuant to RSA 674:4 & 674:6, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on May 1, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Sullivan Town Hall on proposed changes to the Master Plan.

The effect of the proposed changes will be to update the Vision Statement per RSA 674:2, I and II(a) to articulate the desires of the citizens affected by the Master Plan.

A full copy of the proposed amendment is available for review in the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours, and on the Town of Sullivan web site. The public is invited to attend and participate in this public hearing or to submit written comments prior to the meeting.
