How to Register to Vote

The Town Clerk accepts voter registrations from Sullivan residents on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am to 2pm and on Thursdays from 10am to 2pm and 6pm to 8pm.  To register you must be able to prove identity, age, residency and citizenship.  A New Hampshire Driver’s License with your current Sullivan address will provide proof of identity, age and residency. An affidavit is available to prove citizenship.  Any questions regarding needed documentation can be directed to the Town Clerk’s Office or a Supervisor.  Registrations done in the Town Clerk’s office will be subject to Supervisor approval.

If you are unable to stop to register with the Town Clerk, there are other registration opportunities such as a Checklist Supervisor’s sessions or on election day at the polls.  Please contact the Clerk or a Supervisor with any questions.

If you cannot make it to the polls on election day, you can request an absentee ballot from the Town Clerk.
